We introduce the wet process carbon black pelletizing production line from DORIGHT.
As a key component in carbon black manufacture, pelletizer directly affects the physical property, particle quality and operational stability of the entire production line.
Conscious of protecting the environment, more and more top grade radial tire lines have been commissioned, forcing the tire industry to make stringent requirements on the quality of carbon black particles. Traditionally constructed pelletizer is hard pressed to meet such requirements, resulting in high fine content and poor particle dispersion. DORIGHT patented pelletizer rises to meet this challenge (patent ZLO1.226383.4) and offers the following advantages:

The pelletizer consists of transportation, pelletizing and polishing sections with the pins matched to each section.
